Everything is better with bacon. And eggs are a classic pairing. These adorable little bites are wonderful for a quick breakfast-on-the-go or on a brunch spread. And they are so simple to make. You can find quail eggs usually at natural stores, such as Whole Foods or Nature's Grocers, or local egg farms.
Cook your bacon slices so that the bacon is crispy but still pliable. Pan fry on medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes on each side or bake at 350° for approximately 15-18 minutes.
While the bacon is cooking, boil quail eggs for 2-3 minutes or chicken eggs for 6-8 minutes, depending on how hard you prefer your eggs.
Peel the eggs.
Wrap with the bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Drizzle with hot sauce, such as tabasco or sriracha, for a wonderful kick.
Enjoy this tasty meal!
