Everything is better with bacon. And eggs are a classic pairing. These adorable little bites are wonderful for a quick breakfast-on-the-go or on a brunch spread. And they are so simple to make. You can find quail eggs usually at natural stores, such as Whole Foods or Nature's Grocers, or local egg farms.

  • Cook your bacon slices so that the bacon is crispy but still pliable. Pan fry on medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes on each side or bake at 350° for approximately 15-18 minutes.

  • While the bacon is cooking, boil quail eggs for 2-3 minutes or chicken eggs for 6-8 minutes, depending on how hard you prefer your eggs.

  • Peel the eggs.

  • Wrap with the bacon and secure with toothpicks.

  • Drizzle with hot sauce, such as tabasco or sriracha, for a wonderful kick.

  • Enjoy this tasty meal!
