This week, she has paired diced, peeled golden kiwi with sweet, sliced bananas to have a sweet and tangy tropical treat. And it's good for you! Bananas are full of potassium to maintain the proper fluid level in every cell in your body. Golden kiwi provide all of your daily Vitamin C which neutralizes free radicals in your body as well aids with healing, fighting off infections, and iron absorption.
You can eat this as a snack, as a side for a barbeque, or for dessert. Add a dash of cinnamon for a little spice. And because it is an anytime food, you can eat this whenever you feel the craving.
