Quail Egg Stuffed Peppers

Writer's picture: Katherine SimsKatherine Sims

A fun morsel to try. You can find quail eggs in Asian grocery stores. We've also found them in Safeway. They are simply delicious and quick to make. Sam prefers his eggs over-easy while Breanne likes them scrambled. Place them in half a mini pepper for an easy-to-eat bite.

Try them with simple salt and pepper or change up the flavor with some Italian seasoning or cumin and cayenne or maybe some dill, chives, paprika, and parsley. You can never go wrong with a bit of your favorite hot sauce.

Bonus: Quail Egg Allergies are RARE!! (https://ijaai.tums.ac.ir/index.php/ijaai/article/view/2124)
